Fertility Support Coaching

As an expert fertility coach-practitioner, Susan is experienced in treating natural conception as well as supporting couples through IUI (intrauterine insemination), IVF (in-vitro fertilisation) and ICSI (intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection). Her unique style of fertility coaching is confidential, safe and caring as the parent(s) develop and move towards achieving their deepest wish to start a family when the odds were stacked against them.

Clients undertaking a fertility support program may be recommended to undertake individual tests with follow-up interpretation where necessary. A tailored diet plan will be offered and throughout the program, emotional and relationship support will be given.

Fertility Support Coaching programs usually involve six sessions but can be expanded to up to ten sessions if required. Rarely do the programs take longer than this.

First Session: An hour and a half.

Susan will listen to your story and your experiences, encouraging you to share your worries and your hopes to start a family. You will be encouraged to share previous details of your conception history, including any miscarriages, or disappointments when you were expecting a positive pregnancy test, or have other unexplained fertility issues. Susan will be able to ask and answer pertinent questions that need to be addressed together.

Subsequent Sessions: One hour.

Building knowledge and understanding, Susan will coach and support the recommendations she makes and the therapies she introduces. Sometimes these sessions will need to be supported by phone or email contact afterwards.

You may be on a fertility treatment protocol. If so, Susan will know about the stress, isolation and uncertainty you can be feeling right now, as well as the effects of medication and the invasiveness of all the medical procedures.

As the program develops, you will notice positive changes in your general health and well-being, including a decrease in your anxiety levels.

In essence, Susan’s program will prepare you for either a natural or a medical fertility treatment and is often the missing link to conception for many clients after years of waiting and wishing.
