Relationship and Separation

Having witnessed Separation myself as a mother and grandparent, I understand the fear, confusion of being overwhelmed, what can you do! Having seen the consequences of relationships staying together when all the signs were to separate.

I started my coaching business on life experience and what I had gone through myself to get me through those difficult periods, and I empathetically want to help others through this also. Let me first explain what Separation and Divorce Coaching is not. We do not offer legal advice or serve as a substitute for a solicitor. Additionally, Coaching is not clinical in nature like therapy or counselling. It is not centred on a medical diagnosis and no diagnosis is made.

The present is all we truly have, When you’re dealing with heartbreak, happiness can feel another world away, always remember from the ashes the Phoenix will always rise.
